People who have access can make changes, leave comments or proofread without having to go through that long process.

We all know how important file backup is while working. These technologies are very hard to trust (yes! The irony) they can crash anytime. And with that goes all your data and hard work. Just leave your files here and access them from ANYWHERE. It also enhances user experience with its plugin apps.

This saves you the task of printing and scanning. It helps you to fill out, sign and share documents and forms, even the legally binding ones. But one drawback to this is- it is only free for upto 3 documents a months.

Calendar:

It is one of the most basic of tools but also one of the most important ones. Be it in the form of Outlook, Google Calendar or a physical one. But it comes with a commitment. Just having a calendar filled doesn’t make sense until you abide by it.
