GENERAL POLICIES:

1. Only one company from a particular industry is permitted to join a Network of Project Network. Membership Committees of each Network and founders have final authority relating to classification conflicts.

2. Members must represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.

3. The Fortnightly meetings last for 90-120 minutes. Arriving on time is a must for smoother flow of the meetings.

4. An individual member cannot be in a second Project Network’s Network that allows only one company per industry and whose primary purpose is to pass referrals to one another, because it substantially reduces their commitment to the Network members. Membership Committees must enforce this policy.

5. Attendance is critical to the group. If a member cannot attend, they may send a substitute (not a member of their own Network) to the meeting. This will not count as an absence. A member is allowed four absences in a year. More than this and the member is subject to removal by the Network's Leadership Team or Membership Committee or Co-founders.

6. Members are required to bring  referrals and/or visitors to their Network Of Project Network. Same visitor will not be allowed more than once.

7. Every member bringing a visitor and/or referrals are eligible for a Special Prize. Winner will be selected by lucky draw. The prize would be brought in by one of the selected members of the network for every meet.

8. Visitors from same industries of a member of the network will be attending a Special meet for visitors only. And those of different industries will be attending the fortnightly event that will be their prospective network.

9. It is the member's responsibility to file a concern with the Membership Committee of their Network if a visitor in any way conflicts with the industry they represent. This should be done before the visitor is approved for membership. If there are no complaints, the Membership Committee will 'assume their consent'.

10. Members who wish to change their classification must submit a new membership application and obtain approval from the Membership Committee for that classification change.

11. Memberships may be revoked for failure to comply with the policies and/or the Code of Ethics of Project Network.

12. Project Network Policies are subject to change. All proposed policy changes need to be reviewed first by the Co - Founders.

13. Project Network Membership lists are for the purpose of 'giving' referrals and not for soliciting (via e-mail, direct mail or other means) Project Network members without their prior approval.

14. Other than normal Project Network printed materials, members may not use the Project Network’s Intellectual Property (e.g. logos, trademarks, names, slogans, copyrighted materials, etc.) to manufacture, distribute, sell, market, or promote any product or service, or otherwise use the Project Network’s Intellectual Property without obtaining the prior written consent of Project Network HQ.. Members must agree to abide by the Project Network Branding Standards for any permitted use.

ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES:

1. There is an initial registration fee. Fees are paid annually or biennially. Contact us for amounts. Fees can be paid by cheque, cash, bank transfer or Paytm.

2. Project Network may establish Networks in any community with people interested in developing a referral-based business. In addition, Project Network reserves the right to open more than one Network per community.

3. Membership fees are payable 30 days prior to the due date.

4. Fees are non-refundable..

5. Fees cannot be transferred from one person to another unless the fees were paid by the same company.

6. A member requesting a transfer from their current network to a new network will be required to submit a completed new member application to the Membership Committee of the new network. In addition, if the member has less than 12 months of paid membership credit, they must submit a renewal payment. Or, if the member has more than 12 months of paid membership credit, no additional investment is required. Upon acceptance into the new network, the credit from their previous network will be added to their membership in the new network as well as the renewal time, if applicable.
